Admission Process

Students who have completed their Xth, XIIth, undergraduate, graduate, or professional qualifications in English medium from an approved university, college, or institution are eligible to register for SDV courses. Applicants must ensure their qualifications meet the specific eligibility requirements of their desired course before submitting their application.

How to Apply?

Step 1: Registration

  • Visit www.symbiosisdigivarsity.org to apply for your desired course.
  • Use your mobile number and email address to register and complete the application process.
  • Ensure you provide accurate contact details, as your course completion certificate will be sent to the registered email address. Note that the email address cannot be changed later.

Step 2: Fee Payment

  • Make all payments online through the payment gateway for the enrolled course.

Note: You can apply for multiple courses by using the “Add to Cart” option before completing your application.


Fee Policies and Guidelines

Mode of Payments and Payment Instructions

  • SDV provides a secure payment gateway, and students must pay all fees exclusively through this platform.
  • Payments through cash, banker’s cheques, or co-operative bank demand drafts will not be accepted.
  • Students are strictly advised not to send cash via post or courier, as SDV will neither accept nor return it.
  • SDV is not responsible for refunding or crediting fees received via inaccurate mobile numbers, cash, banker’s cheques, or co-operative bank demand drafts.

Cancellation of Admission

  • Students must pay the prescribed fees using the payment gateway specified on the SDV website. Payments made through other methods will not be accepted.
  • Failure to complete the program within the specified validity period will result in the student’s login being locked, and registration will be cancelled.
  • Course fees are non-refundable. Students wishing to continue or complete the course after cancellation must re-register, pay the applicable fees, and fulfil all the course requirements.
  • No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including cancellation due to non-payment or failure to complete the program on time.

 

Refund of Course Fees

  • Refund requests will not be entertained if the student has accessed any course content, videos, quizzes, or notes on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Important Points

  • Students must have basic computer literacy and internet access, as all course-related services and communications are conducted online.
  • Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the specified prerequisites for their chosen courses.
  • Students applying for admission to SDV programs confirm that they have thoroughly reviewed the Learning Management System (LMS) and the official website as well as mobile apps and agree to abide by the Institute’s rules and regulations.
  • Differently abled students must make their own arrangements, at their own expense, to access and understand self-learning materials, self-assessments, or any program-related activities. SDV will not bear any associated costs.
  • SDV is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the negligence or inability of differently abled students to comprehend self-learning materials, attend assessments, or fulfil course requirements.
  • All updates and important information will be communicated via email. Students must ensure their contact details are up-to-date at all times, as email addresses cannot be changed later.
  • Student logins will be deactivated upon either the successful completion of the program within the specified duration or the expiration of the program.

Right to Amend Rules

  1. The Institute reserves the right to amend its rules and regulations as deemed necessary and appropriate. Such changes will be communicated to students.
  1. These publications and descriptions are not to be interpreted as binding contracts on the Institute. Amendments may include, but are not limited to:
    1. Course content
    2. Passing requirements
    3. Fee structure
    4. Refund policies
    5. Admission cancellation policies
    6. Curriculum
    7. Assignment patterns
    8. Self-assessment questions
    9. Online classes or lectures
    10. Any other relevant matters

Student Undertaking

  • Students applying for admission to SDV programs confirm that they have thoroughly reviewed the Learning Management System (LMS) and the official website as well as mobile apps and agree to abide by the Institute’s rules and regulations.
  • By submitting their registration details, students acknowledge their acceptance of the policies outlined on the website, including those related to eligibility, registration, fees, admission cancellation, refund policies, and disclaimers.
  • Students affirm that the information provided during the online registration process is accurate. Providing false or erroneous information may result in immediate cancellation of admission without any refund.
  • SDV will not be held liable for the non-receipt of notifications caused by outdated or incorrect contact details provided by the student.
  • Students acknowledge and accept SDV’s right to amend rules. Continuing their enrollment signifies agreement to any changes made by the Institute.
  • SDV does not charge any donation or capitation fees for admission to its courses.

Jurisdiction

All disputes between the applicant / student and the Institute, including any dispute relating to payment of fees, refund of fees, assessment, certification etc. shall be exclusively subject to jurisdiction of only Pune Courts.
